Characteristics and Application
Applications: vertical down cellulose welding electrode E6010 is mainly used for the corresponding strength grade of steel pipe welding and the welding of ships, Bridges and other structures.
Features: E6010 is a coated cellulose sodium type vertical downward special acid electrode. Adoptsing dc reverse connection, can be performed all position welding including vertical down welding.
When it is used for downward welding, the molten iron and slag do not drip and have a big arc blow force and penetration. When it is used for underlying welding, can reach one side welding double molding and have a high welding efficiency. Welding Positions: PR Pm PC Pm PR PG

Attention:
1 . In general, don't need to bake before welding electrode. When the electrode be affected with damp, it should be subject to use 70-90℃for 1 hour.
2. The rust, oil, water and other impurities of the weld must be removed before welding.
3.When welding, electrode is unfavorable to swing and arc height need to be appropriate.
