low hydrogen welding electrode E9015-G  is suitable for welding of low alloy steel with corresponding strength grade, especially suitable for the welding steel under pressure of hydropower and other harsh conditions.
Features: it is the electrode for ultra-low hydrogen pressure hydropower steel welding, it can reach stable arc, less splashing, easy to slag off. Under the condition of large line energy welding, the electrode has good impact toughness and anti crack performance and can be well matched with the Q460 steel plate at -20℃

Notes on usage:
1 .Electrode must be approved by 400-430 ℃ for 1 hour
2. The rust, oil, water and other impurities of the base metal must be removed before welding.
3. Using a short arc welding, welding rod swings should not exceed three times the diameter of the electrode.
4. To prevent producing arc porosity, arc plate should be adopted or use return method for arc welding.
5.The trend of impact toughness decrease due to welding wire energy is too large, so it should be determined according to the required toughness index.
6. Depending on the thickness of the base metal and weld steel, weld materials should be properly preheated before welding in order to ensure that the mechanical properties of the weld.
