high toughness welding electrode E7015-G is suitable for welding carbon steel and low alloy steel structure, such as offshore platforms, ships, port machinery.
Features: it is basic coated low hydrogen sodium type electrode. It always adoptss DC reverse and can be all-position welding. The electrode has a good low-temperature toughness and crack resistance, the deposited metal have high purity and good mechanical properties. It can reach good welding process performance, good arc stiffness, little magnetic blow, good weld appearance, small spatter and easy slag removal. Welding Positions: PR PC Pm PF

Notes on usage:
1 Electrode must be approved by 350-380℃ for 1 hour before welding, dry the electrode when use it.
2.The rust, oil, water and other impurities of the weld must be removed before welding.
3.You must use short arc welding, the swings should not be too large, narrow bead welding is appropriate.4. To prevent producing arc porosity, arc plate should be adopted or use return method for arc welding.
