Flux Cored Welding Wire Application
Flux Cored Arc Welding Wire (FCAW) , is used for welding structures made of carbon steel and low-alloy structural steel with tensile strength higher than or equal to 490MPa. Most widely used for welding some key structures like shipbuilding, mechanical manufacture, pressure vessels, boilers, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, hoisting machinery etc.

Designed as a low Manganese (Mn) replacement for E81T1-K2C products. Meets all requirements of E81T1-K2C classification except for the minimum Mn requirement.
This wire minimizes the crack sensitivity in quench and tempered low alloy steels such as ASTM A514.

AWS A5.29: E81T1-Ni2CJ H4, E81T1-Ni2MJ H4 Flux Cored Welding Wire .FabCO 803 is especially suited for those fine grained steels where low temperature CVN toughness is needed. Ideal for welding 2% Nickel steels. Provides a fast-freezing slag, low spatter, excellent arc characteristics, and high impact strengths at low temperatures.
For the welding of quenched and tempered low alloy grades of steels. Excellent impact values at low temperatures along with a low diffusible hydrogen content due to the basic slag system.
AWS A5.29: E91T1-B3C H4,E91T1-B3M H4 is Flux Cored Welding Wire.Suitable for use on materials having a similar composition, such as ASTM A387 or P21/P22 Pipe. Suitable for extended service at elevated temperature. Provides good puddle control and bead contour when welding in all positions. Provides versatility in procedure and application development.
Designed as a low Manganese (Mn) E71T-1C product to assist with conformance to OSHA requirements and NIOSH and ACGIH recommendations for Manganese. This product offers reductions of Mn in the weld fume of 60-80% over a standard E71T-1C product with low diffusible hydrogen as well as enhanced operator appeal and excellent out of positional capability.
