Flux Cored Welding Wire Application
Flux Cored Arc Welding Wire (FCAW) , is used for welding structures made of carbon steel and low-alloy structural steel with tensile strength higher than or equal to 490MPa. Most widely used for welding some key structures like shipbuilding, mechanical manufacture, pressure vessels, boilers, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, hoisting machinery etc.

AWS A5.29: E110T5-K4C H4 Flux Cored Welding Wire.Primarily used in the welding of T-1, A514, A517, HY-100, and similar quenched and tempered high strength and low alloy steels. The basic slag system produces a low hydrogen weld deposit reducing the chance of cracking.
AWS A5.29: E111T1-K3C Flux Cored Welding Wire.High strength all-postion gas-shieled flux core wire used to join quench and tempered steels like ASTM A514
Designed as a low Manganese (Mn) E71T-1M product to assist with conformance to OSHA requirements and NIOSH and ACGIH recommendations for Manganese. This product offers reductions of Mn in the weld fume of 60-80% over a standard E71T-1M product with low diffusible hydrogen as well as enhanced operator appeal and excellent out of positional capability.
Specially designed for use with high Argon shielding mixes such as 95%Ar/5% CO2.
AWS A5.29: E71T1-GM H8 Flux Cored Welding Wire.Designed as a low Manganese (Mn) E71T-1M product to assist with conformance to OSHA requirements and NIOSH and ACGIH recommendations for Manganese. 
Offers excellent properties on many higher strength steels.
This wire is used for welding high strength quench and tempered and low alloy steels like T-1, A514, A517, and Hy-100. The T-5 flux core uses a basic slag which keeps hydrogen content very low reducing the chance for cracking.
AWS A5.29: E81T1-K2CJ H8 is Flux Cored Welding Wire.All position wire designed for 100% CO2 gas. For mild and low alloy steel applications.
Designed as a low Manganese (Mn) replacement for E81T1-K2C products. Meets all requirements of E81T1-K2C classification except for the minimum Mn requirement.
This wire minimizes the crack sensitivity in quench and tempered low alloy steels such as ASTM A514.
