Flux Cored Welding Wire Application
Flux Cored Arc Welding Wire (FCAW) , is used for welding structures made of carbon steel and low-alloy structural steel with tensile strength higher than or equal to 490MPa. Most widely used for welding some key structures like shipbuilding, mechanical manufacture, pressure vessels, boilers, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, hoisting machinery etc.
Our advantages is stable arc, little spatter, less smoke; higher deposition efficiency; excellent welding performance; easy restrike.

A mild steel self-shielded flux-cored wire designed to provide low temperature impact toughness in a variety of offshore applications.Designed to provide optimal weldability in narrow TKY joints and poor fit up condition.
Designed for in-position, high deposition welding on carbon steel. Recommended in single or multiple pass, automatic and semiautomatic welding.
Designed for high deposition rates and fast travel speeds. Recommended for fillet, lap and butt welds on 3.2 mm (1/8 in) and thicker steel, including some low alloy steels in applications without impact strength requirements.
Designed to provide a nominal 1.5% nickel weld deposit with high deposition rates and fast travel. Recommended for flat and horizontal positions in single and multiple pass welding.
Designed for very high deposition rates and increased resistance to hydrogen cracking and porosity on steel containing sulfur or contaminates. Recommended for single or multiple pass welding on carbon steel and some low alloy steels in applications without impact strength requirements.
Designed for high speed single pass welding applications. Recommended for flat and horizontal positions with maximum steel thickness up to 4.8 mm (3/16 in).
Designed for high deposition rates at high speeds. Recommended for single pass welding on material thicknesses of 2.8 mm (0.110 in) or greater.
Has the portability of stick electrode and the productivity of wire. It is recommended for hot, fill and cap pass welding of up to X70 grade pipe.
Has the portability of stick electrode and the productivity of wire. It is capable of producing impact values of 27 J (20 ft·lbf) @ -29°C (-20°F). Recommended for hot, fill and cap pass welding of up to X80 grade pipe.
Has been micro-alloyed to be capable of exceeding impact values of 68 J (50 ft·lbf) @ -29°C (-20°F). It is recommended for hot, fill and cap pass welding of up to X80 grade pipe.
